You Will Need (8 things)
- Chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh Ginger
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps (3 steps, 60 minutes)

Mix together oil, ginger, honey, soya, garlic, salt & pepper.

Coat the chicken with the marinade.
Leave to set for 1 hr or overnight.

Heat oven 200 degrees.
Bake for 35-40 mins until cooked through.
Serve.
