You will need

4 Chicken Breast 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Ketchup 1 cup Chicken Stock 1/3 cup Honey 1/2 cup Soya Sauce 4 cloves Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Oregano Salt Pepper

   Place all ingredients in a pot together. Heat on low heat for approximately 1 hr.

   Shred chicken.
