Tasty & sticky chicken.

You will need

1 cup Honey 2/3 cup Water 4 cloves Garlic 8 tbsp Soya Sauce 1 tbsp Ginger 2 tsp Cornflour
Chicken
Seasoned Flour Chicken portions Oil

Tasty & sticky chicken.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Pour all ingredients for the sauce into a pan. Gently heat until thickened approx 5 mins.

2. 

   Coat chicken with seasoned flour. Place on tray. Spray or pour a little oil over the chicken. Bake for approx 45 mins until cooked through.

3. 

   Coat the chicken in the sauce. Place back in the oven for 5-10 mins.

4. 

   Serve
