Very easy & quick to make. Tastes really good.

You will need

1 lb Chicken Breast Corn Flour Salt Pepper Oil
Sauce
1/3 cup Chicken Stock 1/3 cup Honey 1 tbsp Soya Sauce 4 cloves Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Chilli Flakes

Very easy & quick to make. Tastes really good.

Instructions

1. 

   Coat the chicken in corn flour, salt & pepper. Fry in a little oil. Remove from pan.

2. 

   Mix all sauce ingredients together.

3. 

   Gently heat the sauce ingredients in the pan. Boil to thicken.

4. 

   Add chicken. Coat & heat through.

5. 

   Serve.
