I won a picture frame at work, but I didn't like th way it looked. I just took some shells I found at the beach, and made some felt sea creatures and glues them on. I drew the creatures on paper first and cut the felt out to layer it.

You will need

diffenrent colored Ribbon 1 old, unwanted, or cheap Picture Frame Sea Shells (Fake Or Real) Glue Gun different colored Felt
