The inverter of white-out put bits of paper in a blender with water. Maybe glue as well but Im not sure..

looks cool, i made paper in a simiar way 2 this. put it all in the liquidiser and put on mesh stuff i found in garage and just left 2 dry 4 a while. but it did take a while. Glad other people get impatient 2.

i suggest if you're going to do it by hand or whisk instead of by blender, that you cut your peices smaller than what you see in my picture.
that'll help lessen chunkiness.

I thought about dryer lint but wasn't sure and didn't want to try anything fancy for my first try hehe.
I want to try it again with the blender since it came out so much less chunky but think i'll wait till i can get a cheap blender.
I have tons of junk mail that's just asking to be recycled heh
