(Just in case anyone is wondering, almost everything I make is whole wheat. My dough is always brown, fyi. These can be made just as easily with white flour, but it tastes amazing whole wheat and is so much better for you) The ingredients list isn't showing up right in the corner. You need 1 tbsp yeast 2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 cup warm water 2 tbsp oil

My mom claims that she just throws it all in her bread machine, and doesn't worry about the yeast. I, however, don't have a bread machine and I feel the need to set the yeast. I took my cup of warm water with my yeast, and threw a little sugar in there for good measure. THEN, I threw it all together in a mixing bowl.
Knead until firm and let raise for a little bit.
Roll it out. (I like to coat my pizza stone with a little olive oil before I roll the dough0
Cover with toppings (we did barbecue chicken) Bake 400 for 25 minutes
Delicious!
