These are a lot healthier than store bought ones because you can control how much salt/oil you add. Plus, they taste delicious :)

Wash your potato and slice it.
Prepare your oil/ seasoning. Here is what I used for my seasoning: olive oil, sea salt, pepper, chili powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Add a pinch of each seasoning to the oil and mix together. You can also just use oil and salt.
Oil your microwave-safe plate! This step is important because you don't want the potatoes to stick. Now, place your potato slices onto the plate and brush on the seasoning oil. The more oil you put, the crispier the chips.
Microwave for 2-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of your slices. I recommend putting it in the microwave for intervals of 1 minute then checking. After the chips become crispy you can peel them off the plate and they are ready to eat! :)
