Follow these simple steps using household ingredients to get moisturized, healthy looking hair in just 30 minutes!
First, grab all your ingredients! You'll need - 1/4 cup plain yoghurt - 1 egg - 1 teaspoon olive oil And your tools! - plastic wrap/shower cap - small bowl - clean paint brush
Scoop out 1/4 cup of yoghurt, and put into your small bowl.
Next, crack one egg into the bowl.
Then add one teaspoon of olive oil.
Take your brush and mix the ingredients together.
Microwave for 30 seconds, and it should look about like this!
For this next part, lean over a bathtub, or stand in the shower, because this gets messy! Flip your hair foreword so that it's all in your face, dip your brush into your warm mask mixture and start applying to your DRY hair! *If your hair is wet, it will absorb the water instead of your mask, and won't be as effective!
Continue brushing the mixture through your hair until it's gone and ALL your hair feels wet and soaked. *Be warned, the egg doesn't smell the greatest...
Twist your egg/yoghurt/olive oil soaked hair on top of your head, and cover it with saran wrap! *I put a headband around it to make sure it stays in place!
Let it soak in for 30 minutes, then take a shower, rinsing your hair VERY thoroughly! Shampoo and condition as usual, rinse with cold water just before you get out, let air dry, and WHAM! Thicker, shinier hair for no cost! :)
I use this mask at least once every month, because I am in the process of growing my hair out!
