Prepare the materials below and cut off pieces of square felt. Cut a square to a heart shape; cut a small crack at the left side of the heart. Pass the hair clip through the crack with the front clip up and back clip down.
You can make more hearts if you need to make more hair clips. Cut off a small heart which can cover the front clip. Sew the small heart on the middle of the big heart with the front clip fully covered. The other type has a big heart of tooth shape edges; do the same to add a hair clip; then sew a small heart on the surface.
