So here is to my first project. Me and my mother both finished our early morning runs and she blurts out how she has cellulite. She didn't want to go to the store to buy the Nivea cellulite cream so I decided why not I make my own. You can turn any lotion you have into your very own Homemade cellulite cream. This whole project ran me about $30-40 dollars but this would possibly last you close to about more than 13 weeks. This mixture lasted my mother about 16 weeks using it twice a day.

First Step is to get all your things that is needed. Granted things are a bit pricey for example The Co-Q10. Sorry for it. You could use any type of lotion you have. I used my Homemade Shea butter mixed with vitamin e and coco butter. I know..it's in a stretch mark bottle. LOL Or you can just buy your own. Once you have gotten your lotion you can now move on to the next step.
Take your Aloe and cut it open and gather all the gel. Mix the gel in with lotion. Sorry, I tossed out my aloe before I made this tutorial.
Take your L-Carnitine pills, crack them open and pour them into the Aloe/lotion mixture.
Now take your caffine pills and crush them. Once you crushed them mix with the mixture.
Lastly, take your Co-Q10 pills, you can use a needle to make a hole. I got the C0-Q10 soft-gels. Squeeze out the liquid into the mixture. Do this for all the pills.
You can now stir the mixture up. close the bottle up and shake. Now you are ready to use your homemade cellulite cream.
