Description

I love this scrub for super soft hands and feet, and even use it all over! It's luxury for pennies.

Instructions

  1. Small mixed up sugar

Choose any container you like for storing your finished product, so long as it has a tight fitting lid. I like to re-use tubs that held body lotion or some such, but even a plastic freezer container will work! Measure equal parts granulated sugar & white sugar to fit your container, and mix well with a whisk or fork. Add it to your container.

  2. Small oil in scrub

Add oil. This step requires patience. Pour it in and let it bubble down to the bottom, then pour in a little more, and so on and so forth. Mix it around with a spoon if you need to {I did}, it will speed up the process. Add a little more oil until your scrub is just the right texture and consistency for you. Mix well again.

  3. Small homemade sugar scrub

You can add vanilla extract (or any essential oil you like, say orange or almond) at this point, about 1/2 tsp. or extract or 5-10 drops of essential oil. When you are all done mixing, it should look like this!

Clean off your jar, secure the lid, and add a fancy ribbon for gifting, or keep it for yourself! Use in your shower a couple of times a week, or before an at-home manicure or pedicure. (keep it out of your eyes, and rinse your tub well after). You will feel and smell heavenly.
