This is a meal only for mustard fans.
It has quite a strong flavour.
It is tasty & tangy.
You don't need to marinate the meat but it does help to tenderise the chicken.

You Will Need (4 things)
- 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- Chicken Breast
Steps (5 steps, 60 minutes)

Mix mustard, syrup & Vinigar together.

Place chicken in to marinate.

Place chicken into baking tray & cook at 200 degrees for approx 40 mins. Until cooked through.

Remove chicken & thicken sauce.

Serve with rice, potatoes & vegetables.
