Well my friends and I started a comic a few years ago about a weird alien planet called Pootemea, and I've recently fallen in love with Hetalia so... I made Pootemea. Her character name is yet to be decided, just like most of her... Well we're getting there! This is 100% mine, though the eyes were inspired by Jasmine's. Let me know if I should make a tutorial, and I'll see if I can!
