I wish the picture wasn't upside down, lol! I used a 24 pack soda box and cut an ovalish shape with a box cutter while leaving the box sides partially in tact. I taped 2 of the corners back on for ears. I covered the shape using several layers of strong paper and tape. The orignal box handle holes I used for filling and hanging. The entire thing is covered in small squares of tissue paper that was wrapped around a pencil eraser, dipped in glue and stuck on. I used construction paper for the eyes, nose, whiskers, and bow. The cost was $0 because it was made from things I had around the house.
