Okay, so they ran out of the jeans i was going to buy in the store I went to today, then I had this brainwave! It doesnt matter what type of jeans you use, as long as there is minimal stitching on the back pockets, or wherever you plan to iron the transfers :]
Okay, so they ran out of the jeans i was going to buy in the store I went to today, then I had this brainwave! It doesnt matter what type of jeans you use, as long as there is minimal stitching on the back pockets, or wherever you plan to iron the transfers :]
Gather all the stuff together (iron, jeans, transfers, ironing board, dampened cloth and safety pins) and put them all together.
Decide where youre going to put the transfers on your jeans. I decided to put them on the back pockets. Once youve decided where to put them, pin them in place with the safety pins, and have a look in a mirror to see if they look good. Otherwise if you iron them stright on you might not like where they are :O
Once your happy with where theyre positioned, its time to stick them! Follow the instructions on the pack for best results, but I'll post how i did mine anyway :]
So, first you TAKE ALL THE PINS OUT. If you dont do this then your irons gonna come out of this as a pretty messed up iron! Once youve done that, set your iron to the cotton setting if you have one, nd turn the steam level down as far as it will go. Then, take your damp cloth (not soaking wet, just about moist, if you get me), place it over the transfer, and hold down the iron for a minute. It will steam up abit, but be careful not to burn your hand on the steam!
After that, turn the jeans inside out, find where the transfer is, and place the iron on it again, holding it down.
Take the iron off, and voila! Repeat these steps for however many transfers you have, and there you go, enjoy your new, supercute jeans! :3
