A Heating Pillow helps you to stay warm, and it is very useful against tensed muscles or cystitis. You can heat the Pillow in the Microwave, but be careful - don´t let the linseeds scorch!

Fabric Linseed Notions: Thread , Scissors, Pins, Sewing Machine

Description

A Heating Pillow helps you to stay warm, and it is very useful against tensed muscles or cystitis. You can heat the Pillow in the Microwave, but be careful - don´t let the linseeds scorch!

Instructions

1. 

   choose a fabric and fold it

2. 

   sew the left and the right side of the fabric

3. 

   divide the fabric into equally big parts, sew the first part and fill in the linseed up to half

4. 

   repeat this step

5. 

   sew up the heating pillow

6. optional: sew a pillow case
