There are just four ingredients and a few minutes of work - and it's all you need to prepare this spread. You can use it in many different ways, as a topping to oatmeal, a sandwich spread, or add it to homemade bars or bliss balls :) Your only limit is your imagination... so get creative!

Pour hot water over the dates and leave them covered to soak for 30-40 minutes.
Then put the dates and water in a blender, add peanut butter and salt and blend thoroughly.
Store your salted caramel in a jar in fridge for no longer than 5 days.
