This pizza is very fast to make, and simply divine to eat =]. okay well I'm not so sure divine is the word to use. BUT it is quite amazing =D

This pizza is very fast to make, and simply divine to eat =]. okay well I'm not so sure divine is the word to use. BUT it is quite amazing =D

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients. and preheat your oven to 450 degrees

  2. Take the cream cheese [you can use the onion and chive kind, plain kind, or add chopped basil to it] and spread it all over the pre-made pizza crust.

  3. Slice up a tomato, however much you'd like, and scatter them across the top of the pizza.

  4. slice the Gouda into strips [I bought the sandwich sliced kind, but i think fresh would be even better] and scatter those across the pizza too, not necessarily completely covering the pizza, might defeat the purpose of a healthy pizza hah

  5. pop into the oven until the cheese is nice and melted and the crust and golden brown. while its in the oven chop some basil up.

  6. once the cheese is melted and the crust is golden [about 10 minutes] take it out and sprinkle the basil on the top. Slice and enjoy! try dipping it in balsamic vinegar or a balsamic vinaigrette. it makes it even better =D
