We got these eyes from an old kids toy from a kids meal. It one of those that the eyes follow you. You can probably find it at amazon or online.
Got a small canvas frame and gutted the back to fit the eyes.
And draw your picture on it, we went with a sugar skull for the day of the dead that we celebrate nov 4th and paint it accordingly.
Now you have a cute sugar skull that follows you around everywhere you do
