After seeing the amazing Joker Keyring by queenfairypants, I was inspired to make my own Harley Quinn one. I love Harley!

Start off by drawing or printing out the templates. You can use the templates that I drew if you like by printing out the PDF. Download the PDF.
Draw around the face template on to white felt. Cut this out.
Fold the face template in half and draw around it on the red felt, flip it over and draw around the other half on to black felt.
Cut these out.
Now fold the hood template in half and draw around one half on the red felt and the other half on the black felt.
Cut these out.
Now draw around the horn template on to the red felt, flip it over and draw the other side of the horn on to the red felt as well. Repeat on the black felt so that you have 4 horns in total.
Draw around the mask on to black felt, cut out and you should now have all the pieces you need for your Harley Quinn.
Now take the red and black face halves and stitch together with black thread and a needle. Put this to the side for the time being.
Now place the red and black hood pieces on top of the white face piece and stitch around the outside edge.
Take the mask and stitch it on to the face in the appropriate place.
Thread a needle with some black embroidery thread and stitch on Harley's mouth.
Stitch on her eyes and nose too.
Now take the red and black face part that you stitched together earlier, match up the red and black with the front and start stitching around the edge.
When you get to where her horn goes, slip the two pieces of felt inside her head and stitch in place.
When you get to the top of Harley's head, cut a small strip of ribbon, fold in half and stitch in place.
Before stitching on the final horn, fill her head with stuffing so that she goes nice and plush.
Slip in the final horn inside and stitch in place. Finish off sewing around the remainder of the head.
Now sew around the top side of one of the horns, when you reach the tip, sew on a bell or a pompom. Stuff the inside of the horn with a little bit of stuffing and then finish stitching. Repeat with her other horn. Ta da! your very own Harley Quinn.
