This is my re-interpretation of the character Harley Quinn, almost everything I wore I made myself. The leggings were made but cutting one red and one black pair of thick thermal tights apart and resewing them together. Same with the shirt, but I added three black buttons to the front for detailing. The hoodie was the hardest part to make, I added red diamonds to the sleeves, the front and the back (they were applied using hem fuser). The jester ears I sewn into the hood of the hoodie with bells attached to the bottom. The white neck thing was made with basic jersey that tied at the back. The tutu was made with the normal no sew tutorial. I already had almost all of the materials, as well as the face paints and the shoes so this cost me almost nothing. I think it would probably cost about $30-$50 to buy everything new though (well not including the shoes).
