I wanted to make my own version of a Harley Quinn Costume.Its almost a cross between the old Harley Quinn and the new Harley in the Batman video game lol.I didnt even notice till after I was done with all of it.It took me about 2 Months to finish the skirt and the corset.I even won a Costume Contest with it.:)I love Harley Quinn!

You will need

Sewing Machine Black Thread Boning 3 yd Lace , Or Other Decorative Ribbon Zipper 3 yd Black Silk Materail 3 yd Interfacing 3 yd Red Silky Material
