Kefir is a super-food because it is fermented and is considered probiotic, it can ease a troubled tummy! I make this for breakfast sometimes or when I want a healthy snack. Kefir has a creamy texture that is just so awesome for smoothies!

You Will Need (4 things)
- 10 (fresh) Mint Leaves
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup Kefir
Steps (3 steps, 10 minutes)

Combine 1 cup kefir, 1 cup strawberries and 10 fresh mint leaves and blend.

Blend in 1 tablespoon of honey.
