I bought a plain black t shirt from Primark (nice and cheap) and made a stencil by tracing it from an image I found online. I made a seperate stencil from my own design of the shooting stars and very carefully painted with good quality matte fabric paint. I used a hair dryer to speed up the drying process, and also that's a good way to slightly fix the paint as it needs to be done by heat. When the first layer was done I then outlined the whole stencil with a fine brush and fabric paint. You can use a pen if wanted (fabric pens from Dylon are good) Then all you need to do is iron it (put a towel between the t shirt and iron or you'll melt it!) for 5mins and it's fixed and ready to wear! Easy!
