I made these for family members. sorry i don't have pictures throught out the how-to, but its really simple. you can choose any colour for paint and ribbon. i liked the two colour.
Paint the letter. I usually go over it 3 or 4 times. Let dry.
Each of my ribbon(bottom) are just over 50 cm. Just hot glue the ribbon onto the bottom of the letter. I use a pencil to push the ribbon in to hot glue. The top ribbon is to hold it up. So you can choose the length of it.
