For damaged and fried hair without oily residue from hot oil treatments or olive oil- When hair is dry, apply a thick, creamy conditioner to hair. Start at ends and work upward. If your hair is naturally oily do not apply all the way to roots (leave a few inches uncovered, depending on your hair). Wrap your hair in towel. Leave the conditioner in your hair long enough for your hair to soak it up- do not let the conditioner dry (too much) in your hair. It's not a big deal if it does- it's just pretty gross. For me, this takes about 1 hour. Rinse thoroughly in the shower- if it doesn't rinse out well you can use shampoo.
