I bought some cute hair bows at a craft fair but wanted some more, so I made some. There are lots of how to's for hair bows. And I've seen lots of people use hot glue but since I scrapbook a lot and do lots of crafts with ribbon I have found that glue runners work a lot better at sticking ribbon to things. (The glue strip is the same size as most ribbons you can use for this project. It’s less messy than hot glue. You can get a glue runner for about $3.50 at Wal-Mart. I bought the ribbon at the fabric and scrapbook sections of Hobby Lobby and the metal hair clips at Sally's.
