• 

  Step 1

  Cut two pieces of fabric; one with the dimensions of 27.5x7.5cm, and the other 12x5.5 cm.

  Step 2

  Take the larger piece of fabric and fold it in half so that the faded side is facing outwards. Sew around the edge, leaving a small opening so you can turn it inside out. Turn it inside out.

  Step 3

  Sew the gap closed.

• 

  Step 4

  Next take the smaller piece of cloth, fold it in half lengthways to make a long rectangle and sew along the long edge only. Turn this inside out after you have sewed it.

  Step 5

  Fold the small cloth over the large piece to make wrinkles in the fabric, then pull it tight and loop the hair tie onto the small piece of cloth.

  Step 6

  Sew along the edge, trim off the excess then turn the small piece over and you're done! Hooray! :)
