Haggis & whisky spiced oatmeal crackers!

You Will Need (11 things)

  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 g Oats
  • 50 g Mixed Seeds
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 180 ml Water
  • 2 oz Whisky

Steps (4 steps, 25 minutes)

    Mix together the flour, oats, seeds, spices, powders and salt and pepper in a bowl.

    Whisk in the olive oil, water and whisky and stir into a thick dough.

    Roll out the dough and use the edge of a whisky glass to cut circles.

    Preheat the oven to 180'C and bake the crackers for 20 minutes until golden. Turn off the heat and leave in the oven for 10 minutes to cook a little more before serving.
