Description

Carved wooden hearts and coin shaped pendants add a folksy feel to this design.

Instructions

  1. Small mj1211pfig1

    Necklace Thread the 12mm miracle bead onto an eyepin. Trim the eyepin 1cm above the bead, bend into a loop, add an 8mm jump ring and close the loop. Attach the wooden heart to this jump ring.

    Thread a 6mm miracle bead onto a headpin. Bend the headpin into a loop approximately 1cm above the bead. Hold the loop with the pliers and wrap the remaining wire tightly around the headpin towards the top of the bead. Repeat for all the miracle beads.

    Cut five 1.5cm lengths of chain. Use a 5mm jump ring to add a thre’ penny charm and turquoise beaded headpin to the bottom of each length.

    Attach an 8mm jump ring to one of the lengths of chain, add an orange beaded headpin and attach to the bottom of the wooden heart. Make sure the beaded headpins are sitting in front of the chain and charm. Repeat to add the other chains to the holes in the bottom of the heart so they are a symmetrical.

    Add a turquoise beaded headpin to the 8mm jump underneath the 12mm orange miracle bead.

    Cut 72cm of chain. Thread one end through an 8mm jump ring. Add an 8mm jump ring and a trigger clasp to one end and an 8mm jump ring to the other. Attach the loose jump ring to the top loop of the beaded eyepin.

    Earrings Use 5mm jump rings to add the thre’ penny charms and turquoise beaded headpins to the bottom of the wooden round coin. Thread a rocaille and a 6mm wooden bead onto a headpin. Trim 1cm above the bead bend into a loop and close. Open a 5mm jump ring, thread the wooden round coin and the beaded headpin on and close the jump ring. Open another 5mm jump ring, add the long ballwire and beaded section and close the jump ring. Repeat to make a pair.
