I found a beauty enhancer plastic mask thing that supposedly massaged your face at the second hand store and knew as soon as I saw it that it would make a great mold. I bought it and took it apart. Then I soaked a piece of felt in fabric stiffener and draped it over the mold. I held it in place with bobby pins and alligator clips (probably not a good idea if I wasn't going to cover it because they left marks). It took a day to dry (hence the long creation time). Then I glued on leaves from dollar store greenery. I made a strap to hold it on with a hair band also from the dollar store. I'm thinking next time I might try a mask embellished with feathers.
