I first discovered bubble tea on a trip to Canada last year and I've been missing it ever since. So, I took a trip to my local Chinese supermarket and decided to make up my own recipe.

Make a cup of tea just like you normally would, using one tea bag and then leave in the fridge to cool.
Take a plastic, take-out cup and pop the sago balls in. If you can't find sago anywhere (it can be tricky to find) you could substitute them for tapioca balls or even green grass jelly.
Pour in the cooled tea.
Top up with apple juice, mix up and enjoy!
