Nice & refreshing. Creamy & tangy.

You will need

Base
150 g Biscuit crumbs 80 g Butter Melted 1/2 tsp Salt
Cheesecake
24 oz Cream Cheese 1 1/2 cup Icing Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 2 cup Greek Yogurt 1 1/4 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

1. 

   Base... Mix together all base ingredients. Press into a tin.

2. 

   Cheesecake... Mix together cream cheese, icing sugar & vanilla.

3. 

   Whisk in the yogurt.

4. 

   Whip cream until stiff peaks.

5. 

   Fold in the cream & cheese. Place in the fridge overnight.

6. 

   Cut & serve.
