You Will Need (9 things)

  • Base

  • 7oz Biscuit(s) Crumbed
  • 3 1/2 oz Butter Melted
  • Cheesecake

  • 12 oz Cream Cheese
  • 5 oz Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 + 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt

Steps (8 steps, 15 minutes)

    Base...

    Mix ingredients together.

    Press into a tin.

    Set aside.

    Cheesecake...

    Mix cream cheese, icing sugar & vanilla together.

    Add yogurt.

    Stir through.

    Whisk cream to stiff peaks.

  6. 6

    Fold cream & cheesecake mixture together.

  7. 7

    Pour on top of base.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs but best overnight.

    Cut & serve.
