Granolacakes

You Will Need (9 things)
- 128 g Whole Wheat Flour
- 100 g Granola
- 50 g Dried Fruit
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- 8 floz Soya Milk
- Maple Syrup to serve
Steps (2 steps, 15 minutes)

Whisk together the flour, granola, dried fruit, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, egg and milk until smooth. Heat a frying pan and cook each pancake for a few minutes until golden on either side.

Serve with maple syrup and a sprinkling of granola on top!
