Granolacakes

Can't decide between pancakes and a bowl of granola? Have both!

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 128 g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 100 g Granola
  • 50 g Dried Fruit
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 8 floz Soya Milk
  • Maple Syrup to serve

Steps (2 steps, 15 minutes)

    Whisk together the flour, granola, dried fruit, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, egg and milk until smooth. Heat a frying pan and cook each pancake for a few minutes until golden on either side.

    Serve with maple syrup and a sprinkling of granola on top!
