A delicious gluten and grain free bread with no weird or impossible to find ingredients.

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 1 cup Flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • ½ cup Almond Meal or ground almonds

Steps (4 steps, 30 minutes)

    Preheat oven to 400º. Spray or line a medium sized loaf pan with parchment paper.

    In a small bowl beat eggs and water.

    In a medium bowl mix flaxseed, almonds, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs to dry mixture and mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes until firm to the touch. Let cool, slice and enjoy!
