Black Satin High Heels Black and white Felt Hot Glue Gun Old Pearl Necklace Needle And Thread Ruffle Edging

Instructions

1. Glue ruffle edging on the upper edge of the shoe

2. Add felt skull (My bow was attached to the shoe before)

3. Ad pearly chain :) I just hand-sewed it on.
