I just recently learned to love cut-creases and since they require a little bit of practice, I decided to show you this tutorial! Have fun :)
I just recently learned to love cut-creases and since they require a little bit of practice, I decided to show you this tutorial! Have fun :)
1. Take an eye pencil and draw the line where your crease should be. If you have hooded eyes or your crease is just very low, just create a new one! Look straight in the mirror and draw the "new" crease above your real one, so it will be visible when your eyes are open.
2. Take an eye shadow that's close to your skin tone and blend that line out as good as possible!
3. Now add a brown eye shadow to deepen the crease and blend some more!
4. This step is optional, but since I used a golden eye shadow I wanted to really make it pop! Therefore I used a golden eye shadow pencil first (this is the Jumbo Eye Pencil from NYX), which acted like a base.
5. Now add your golden eye shadow on top, using a flat brush and patting motions. It's also the step where you can sharpen up your crease line with the eye shadow.
6. Add eye liner and mascara (or falsies) and you're done with the top part! I also used another golden eye shadow to highlight the inner corner of the eye.
7. If you like, you can add the brown eye shadow on the lower lash line as well and blend it out a bit to make it look more smokey.
