I love baking and love treating people around me with good food. One of my class mates is gluten intolerant so I thought it was about time to get into the kitchen and learn something new. This was the result.

Preheat the oven on 180 degrees Celsius. Chop the chocolate in small pieces and melt it au bain marie.
Separate the egg yolks from the white.
Chop the butter in cubes. When the chocolate is completely melted, add the butter.
Add the sugar to the yolks and mix.
Beat the white as stiff as possible; about 4 minutes.
Stir the chocolate-butter mix, add to the yolks, stir again. Make sure it's a smooth batter.
Add the foamy egg white and stir quickly and GENTLY. NOTE: Do not use your mixer, do not stir too powerful, it will ruin your batter.
Pour the batter in a greased tin. Bake it for 25 minutes for soft, 35 for less soft. Change the baking time if your cake is lower. It tastes great when served hot, but it will break. It's better to let it cool down. Mine collapsed, don't know why actually.
