I first got the inspiration to do these from Martha Stewart but since I didn't want to go out and buy special glitter or fancy eggs, I just used what I had. My sister was about to throw out some eggs that were past their BB date so I blew them out instead! I did one stripe on each egg per night and then let it dry completely before doing the next egg. I also coloured in the stripes using markers first in case the glitter didn't completely cover. I think next time I will definitely invest in some really fine glitter in more traditional easter colours, but these were fun to do anyway!
