I found some ugly shower hooks for $1.99 at Ross, so I thought I would spruce them up with my neon rainbow glitter. I love them!
I found some ugly shower hooks for $1.99 at Ross, so I thought I would spruce them up with my neon rainbow glitter. I love them!
First, I cleaned and completely dried each hook.
Next, I used a paintbrush to paint a layer of Mod Podge onto the decorative button of the shower hook. I shook glitter over the entirety of the button. I repeated on every hook. <First layer
After I allowed them to dry for a few minutes, I covered each button with a second layer using the same process. <Second layer
I let the shower hooks dry again, and then painted a layer of glossy Mod Podge to seal in the glitter. <My Mod Podge after painting the final layer
And wahlah! My pretty new shower hooks, what a great way to wake up! :)
