I found some ugly shower hooks for $1.99 at Ross, so I thought I would spruce them up with my neon rainbow glitter. I love them!

You Will Need (4 things)

  • 1 packets gloss Mod Podge
  • 1 packets neon/holo Glitter by Tree House Studio
  • 1 packets Shower Hooks
  • 1 packets Paint Brush

Steps (5 steps, 90 minutes)

  1. 1

First, I cleaned and completely dried each hook.

  2. 2

Next, I used a paintbrush to paint a layer of Mod Podge onto the decorative button of the shower hook. I shook glitter over the entirety of the button. I repeated on every hook.

  3. 3

After I allowed them to dry for a few minutes, I covered each button with a second layer using the same process.

  4. 4

I let the shower hooks dry again, and then painted a layer of glossy Mod Podge to seal in the glitter.

  5. 5

And wahlah! My pretty new shower hooks, what a great way to wake up! :)
