Description

Instructions

1. 

   Apply a primer and blend a blue eyeshadow on the crease.

2. 

   Apply a shimmer blue on the lid.

3. 

   Apply a shimmer light blue on the inner corner and along the lower lash line.

4. 

   Apply a black on the outer corner and blend well. Add a touch of light shimmer eyeshadow on the inner corner.

5. 

   Apply a glitter base and add blue glitter on the lid.

6. 

   Apply a black pencil in the waterline and mascara.

7. 

   Apply false lashes.
