This recipe is a perfect way to use my <a href="http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/cannoli_filling">cannoli filling</a>, and a really simple way to make a quick, fancy dessert. I hope everyone has fun thinking up variations!
Get a tall or fancy glass. Cut a piece of gingerbread that wil fit in the bottom. Try not to smudge the side of the glass too much when you put it in (though it'll tase good even if you do!
Next, put a layer (about as thick as the gingerbread) of the cannoli flling (see my posted recipe). Keep switching of layers.
Once the glass is full, get a spoon and dig in!
