Soft, moist & delicious. Easy to make.
Heat oven 220 degrees. Melt butter & treacle together. Set aside.
In a bowl mix together flour, bicar, salt, cinnamon, ginger & all spice.
Mix sugar, egg, yogurt & milk into the butter mixture. Mix together until combined.
Fold the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined.
Spoon into Muffin cases. Bake for 5 mins. Reduce oven temp to 175 degrees & continue to bake for 15-16 mins until cooked through.
