Gingerbread Gin & Tonic

A sugar & spice gingerbread inspired gin and tonic!

This cocktail combines spiced gin with amaretto and ginger syrup for a winter take on a gin & tonic.

You Will Need (8 things)

  • 1 oz Amaretto
  • 2 Pumps gingerbread Syrup (the type you put in coffee)
  • Tonic Water
  • Ice
  • Brown Sugar (for the rim)
  • Cinnamon (for the rim)
  • Lemon Juice (for the rim)
  • 1 ½ oz Darnley's View Spiced Gin

Steps (4 steps, 5 minutes)

    Dust a bowl with brown sugar and cinnamon. Wet the lip of a short glass with lemon juice and spin to coat with the cinnamon and sugar.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Darnley's View Spiced Gin, amaretto and pump in the gingerbread syrup.

    Place some ice in your glass, shake your cocktail and strain.

    Top with tonic water and serve.
