You do not need to Ice & decorate these taste nice on there own.

You Will Need (20 things)

  • Cakes

  • 1 1/2 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp All Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter Room temp
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg Room temp
  • 1/2 cup Treacle
  • 1/2 cup Milk Room temp
  • Icing

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cup Icing Sugar
  • Extra

  • Icing Decorations

Steps (7 steps, 40 minutes)

    Heat oven 175 degrees.

    Cream butter & sugar together.

    Add egg & treacle.

    Stir through.

    Add milk.

    Stir to combine.

    Add remaining dry ingredients.

    Stir in.

    Transfer to cupcake cases.

    Bake for 18-20 mins.

    Allow to cool completely.

    Combine all the icing ingredients together.

    Pipe or spread onto the cupcakes.

    Add an icing decoration if you like.

    Serve.
