This is very easy to make. It is best left to set overnight but could probably be cut in a few hours.
This is very easy to make. It is best left to set overnight but could probably be cut in a few hours.
Mix butter & ginger nuts together.
Press into tin. Allow to set.
Mix cheese & icing sugar together.
Melt chocolate.
Mix cheese mixture & chocolate together.
Pour over biscuit base. Refrigerate overnight.
Cut & serve
