This is very easy to make.
It is best left to set overnight but could probably be cut in a few hours.

You Will Need (5 things)
- 400 g ginger nuts (biscuits) Crushed
- 75 g Butter Melted
- 1 lb 12 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Icing Sugar
- 12 oz White Chocolate
Steps (7 steps, 15 minutes)

Mix butter & ginger nuts together.

Press into tin.
Allow to set.

Mix cheese & icing sugar together.

Melt chocolate.

Mix cheese mixture & chocolate together.

Pour over biscuit base.
Refrigerate overnight.

Cut & serve
