This is very easy to make.

It is best left to set overnight but could probably be cut in a few hours.

You Will Need (5 things)

  • 400 g ginger nuts (biscuits) Crushed
  • 75 g Butter Melted
  • 1 lb 12 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Icing Sugar
  • 12 oz White Chocolate

Steps (7 steps, 15 minutes)

    Mix butter & ginger nuts together.

    Press into tin.

    Allow to set.

  3. 3

    Mix cheese & icing sugar together.

  4. 4

    Melt chocolate.

  5. 5

    Mix cheese mixture & chocolate together.

  6. 6

    Pour over biscuit base.

    Refrigerate overnight.

  7. 7

    Cut & serve
